HOW DO I ORDER ?
The steps to follow are detailed on each page depending on the product you want.

I ALREADY HAVE AN ITEM I WOULD LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE ?
In this case, you have two possibilities:
– You can drop it off if you are in Brussels.
– Or you can send it directly to us at your expense.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & HOW DO I PAY?
The design and price will depend on the amount of work and the product you will choose.
Before starting the service you have chosen, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
As this is a customization service, in case of cancellation from your side after the deposit payment, the deposit will not be refunded.
Once your order is ready, you will need to pay the remaining balance before we send your order to the address of your choice.
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER?
After receipt of the total amount, your order will be sent via a private carrier or by international mail according to your request.
Note that the total amount does not include the shipping cost since it depends on the destination country and the carrier you choose.
For Brussels and Namur (Belgium) and its surroundings only, hand-to-hand delivery is possible.
WHAT ARE THE DELAYS AFTER ORDERING?
Knowing that we have no product already made, we work only on request of the customer, delivery times vary therefore according to different factors:
– The availability of the desired product(s).
– The quantity of work according to your request.
– The means used to send your articles.
For each request, we will provide you with an estimate of the delivery time.
WHERE ARE THE ITEMS PRODUCED/ASSEMBLED?
The articles are produced/assembled by us in Belgium.
WHAT IS AN AUTOMATIC WATCH MOVEMENT ?
Often referred to as self-winding, an automatic watch is a mechanical watch, i.e. without a battery, that draws its energy from the natural movement of the wrist when the watch is worn. The mainspring is automatically wound from the natural movements of the wearer’s wrist. Manual winding is not required, but in some cases can be done as well. This type of movement is favored in luxury watchmaking.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Seiko NH35/NH36 MOVEMENT ?
They are both movements from the Seiko manufacturer. The difference is only in the date display.
The NH35 movement allows displaying only the date.
The NH36 movement can display the date and the day.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Seiko SII/TMI MOVEMENT ?
The Seiko Group consists of three main companies, each with its own subsidiaries:
– Seiko Holdings Corporation, aka Seiko, is based in Ginza, Japan.
– SII, aka Seiko Instruments Inc, is based in Chiba, Japan.
– Seiko Epson Corp. is based in Suwa, Japan.
TMI, Time Module Inc, was previously a Chinese company that has been wholly owned by Seiko Holdings Group since 2015.
In conclusion, both are genuine Seiko movements but are not manufactured in the same place. That’s why you can find SII or TMI on the movement.
SII stands for Seiko Instruments Inc. and is based in Chiba, Japan.
TMI stands for Time Module Inc. and is based in Hong Kong, China.
WHERE DO THE ITEMS/PARTS COME FROM ?
It depends on the products/parts used for your project.
Watch:
Movements are from Seiko SII/TMI or Miyota for Japanese movements. From ETA in Switzerland for the Swiss movements.
The parts of our watches can come from Asia, England, France,… it all depends on the parts you want.
Art :
The posters are designed, created, and printed in Belgium.
The raw material can come from different places depending on the desired item. They are then worked, assembled, and personalized in Belgium.
Engraving :
The items can come from the customer or from different places depending on the desired item. They are then worked, assembled, and personalized in Belgium.
WHAT IS A MIYOTA MOVEMENT ?
Miyota is a well-known company founded in 1959. It is 65% owned by the Citizen Watch Group, the world’s largest watch and movement manufacturer.
These are movements known in the watch industry to be reliable and robust.
WHAT IS AN ETA MOVEMENT ?
ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is a Swiss company that develops and manufactures movements for the global watch industry. Founded in 1856, it has been part of the Swatch Group since 1985.
These movements are therefore present in many brands, even luxury, belonging to the Swatch Group.
